Return & Refund Policy
Our goal is to ensure fair outcomes for both clients and freelancers. Because Tasklance manages escrow payments, refunds are handled through dispute review and milestone approval processes.
Before Work Begins
Clients can request a full refund of funded milestones that have not yet been started by opening a support ticket. Funds are typically released back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
During a Project
If the delivered work does not meet expectations, clients should request revisions through the Tasklance workspace. When both parties cannot reach an agreement, Tasklance support will review the evidence and issue a partial or full refund based on the project scope and progress.
After Completion
Completed milestones that were already approved are generally non-refundable unless a clear breach of contract is demonstrated. Please contact support@tasklance.com within 14 days if you believe the approval was made in error.
