Billing & Payments
What fees does Tasklance charge?+
Tasklance is free to join. Clients pay a small service fee when funding milestones, while freelancers keep full control over their rates and receive payouts after Tasklance processing fees.
How are payments protected?+
Milestones are funded in advance and held securely. Freelancers begin work knowing the payment is reserved, and clients release funds only after approving the deliverables.
Collaboration
Can I invite my own freelancers?+
Yes. You can invite external partners, manage contracts, and pay them through Tasklance so everything lives in one workspace.
Support
What happens if a project goes wrong?+
Open a dispute from the project workspace. Our support team reviews the situation and can mediate, arrange revisions, or issue partial/full refunds depending on the work completed.
